| The EPI (East Oreland Playground and Intergenerational) Center is located at Wischman Avenue and Twining Road in East Oreland. It is the home of the Oreland Art Center, the SAUDC (Senior Adult Upper Dublin Center) and a playground for children ages 5 through 12.
The EPI Center, part of the UD Township Park system, has recently been under scrutiny by Upper Dublin Township as part of its Comprehensive Plan for updating buildings in its system. The Center will either be renovated, augmented (partial renovated and partial new building), or torn down and replaced with new buildings or the same or bigger playground. Residents are concerned to lose such a wonderful landmark and/or pay taxes for a new, unnecessary building. Interested people should call or write to Upper Dublin Township Board of Commissioners.
